Copy the formatted message, open an email window, then paste it into the message body. Review and send it from your own account.
The email window opens in your default mail app. Paste using Keep Source Formatting if Outlook offers a paste choice. The downloadable .eml file includes the logo; if your Outlook opens it read-only, use the copy-and-paste option.
